Groups & Corporate Entries

1.  Click on Enter Now

2. Click "continue"

3. Click “Create a Group”

4. Create a Group Name - if there is already one with the same name, you will need to create another name.

5. Enter your Administrator details and choose whether the Administrator is participating in the event.

6. Click continue. If you, the Administrator, are participating you will then enter your personal details for your entry.

7. After you have completed your details you can add another registration.

8. During the entry process you will have received a confirmation email confirming the creation of your group – at any time you can click the link to view & edit your Group. Once you have clicked this link, there is a button where you can invite more members to join your group!

2. Click "I’m a participant” and under “Are you part of a Group?” answer Yes and Continue.  Type in your group name, search and join.

3. Fill in the registration form, choose your distance and then proceed to make payment.


  • There are no minimum or maximum numbers for entering a group; however to be eligible for the group discount the first 6 team members must be entered in the one transaction.  Every member that joins the group after that will automatically receive the discount.
  • Group members can compete in any event distance.
  • Contact us and we can organise a bulk entry for your organisation
  • If your organisation would like to pay for your team entries, or a percentage of entry, please contact us to arrange
  • We can arrange to have your race packets to be delivered to your organisation before the event for distribution to your team members.  Please note the cut off dates associated with this.
