VON BIBRA RUNNING GROUP
Location: Benowa

Join our event sponsor Von Bibra and their fun team as they prepare for the Gold Coast Bulletin Fun Run.  Sessions are weekly and are very casual and free of charge.  Sessions start at 6:30pm sharp at Magic United Soccer grounds (next to Emmanuel College, Carrara).

GALE FORCE RUNNING SQUAD
Location: Brisbane & Ipswich

The GaleForce Running Squad (GFRS) is a Brisbane based running squad providing weekly training sessions for runners of all levels of ability. The sessions are focused on providing the runner with the ability, knowledge to train in a relaxed, friendly and fun environment whilst working hard towards their goals. The GFRS provides a number of training sessions of varying types (inc. intervals, hills, long slow run etc.) from various locations across Brisbane and Ipswich. SUPER HUMAN FITNESS

With a variation of classes most mornings and afternoon, Super Human Fitness is all about 
inspiring people to do their best and try their hardest to achieve their personal goals no
matter their age, gender, ability, injuries or medical conditions. There is always a solution to
every obstacle. SHF have just launced their new running group, as well as circuit, boxing,

GET RAW BOOTCAMPS
Location: Burleigh

Come down for a FREE first session to experience for yourself how our fantastic well known program can get you crossing over the finishing line with success! 

Our sessions include running drills, stairs, hills, speed work, strength & resistance training, metabolic conditioning, HIIT (high intensity interval training), boxing for fitness, power pilates & core training and our sessions are always varied to ensure you don’t get bored! We have 530am and 9am sessions plus Parents & Bubs sessions to ensure you have no excuse to join us! We have over 17 years Fitness Management and are excited to be entering a team for the 5th year in a row to the 2016 Gold Coast Bulletin Fun Run!

PCRG is a Brisbane based community running group catering for runners of all levels. 1hr group session Tuesday/Thurs/Fri @ 5.30 departing from the Ship Inn @ South Bank.
